Lazy Lizard is a final stage (or 2nd stage) filter that works with the Frogmouth filter or other rain head type filters with a 0.9mm mesh. It features a 240 micron stainless steel mesh filter that removes materials such as pollen, sand and silt, ensuring cleaner water is delivered to washing machines and toilets, and helps prevent sediment build-up in hot water.

Q: How often should I clean my filter?
A: The filter is easily inspected via the transparent cover. If a buildup of material can be seen, the filter should be cleaned.

Q: How do I clean my filter?
A: Simply unscrew the transparent cover by hand and pull the strainerout using the metal handle. The mesh basket strainer can now be washedand replaced.

Q: The mesh seems to be jammed in its housing.
A: Be sure the mesh is inserted the correct way paying attention to the locating lugs on the inner housing of the filter.
