Warranties
Epools.com.au offer a warranty on all items sold which will be the manufacturers warranty. We are unable to give a warranty on damaged or misused goods.Please read installation and warranty literature prior to the use of new equipment where applicable. Failure to do this may void warranties in some circumstances.
Refund Policy
We will endeavor to replace or repair, according to manufacturer warranty conditions, damaged or faulty goods within 30 days. We have implemented an optional service, so you can insure against transit damaged items. Replacement items will only be dispatched upon receipt of the item in question. Charges on returned goods will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the goods purchase price excluding freight and other charges.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
All shipping costs will be paid by customer. We will notify you in advance if heavier items will incur a higher shipping fee. Our standard delivery times are up to 5 working days from initial order and payment. These delivery times are subject to availability.
All International Postage Includes Tracking and Insurance as Part of our Company Policy
By placing an order with epools.com.au you accept that the ownership of and risk of the goods, passes to the customer upon payment of the goods and when the goods have been despatched with the carrier by epools.com.au. Extra expenses incurred for redelivery are the responsibility of the consignee of the goods.
The times for delivery are outside of epools.com.au control as couriers are their own business and only in very limited circumstances are delivery times able to be specified.
Freight Insurance
Is included on all goods sent to you either by loss or damage. As part of epools.com.au we either cover in-house or as part of the goods being shipped through the freight company being used your goods to the point of delivery.

When purchasing from Epools.com.au your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. - We can not offer Warranty service or support outside of Australia. As a result all warranties are deemed to be instore at Just Pools and Spas, 200 Bulleen Rd, Bulleen Vic 3105, Australaia
- We cannot guarantee conformance with local building or electrical standards.
- This amount is based on the address supplied to epools.
