Aquaspa Spa pH Reducer 500g – Chlorine Free Spa Chemical

Used to lower pH in your spa and is in a powder form. When minerals in spa water are in correct proportion to one another, the result is and balanced water.

When balanced the water is neither too alkaline (pH above 7.8) which causes destructive scale build-up on equipment, nor too acidic (pH below 7.2) which will corrode metals and cause costly damage to spa pumps, seals and heaters. Balanced water has a more pleasant feel to the skin, and allows your sanitizer to work more effectively.

Important Usage Information

Use AquaSpa pH Reducer only when testing shows pH and/or total alkalinity need to be lowered.
Always adjust total alkalinity before adjusting pH.
Do not add more than 25g per 1,000 litres at any one time.
Add chemicals to water and never water to chemicals, and do not overdose.
If adding other AquaSpa products, allow 30-minute intervals between each chemical addition.

For AquaSpa systems, pH is generally maintained at 7.2–7.6 and total alkalinity at 125–150ppm. AquaSpa pH Reducer is part of overall water balance management and does not replace sanitising, shock treatment, filtration care, or other balancing steps where required.
